Rental includes:

• All setup and cleanup
• Use of the full sound system including CD, tape player, and microphones
• Use of the keyboard
• Use of all the decorations in the building
• Use of the kitchen
• Building, seating plans
• Tables and chair rental included

Restrictions

• Any decorations or supplies you bring must be removed midnight on the day of the event.
• No helium balloons.
• All events must end at midnight in consideration for our neighbours and city regulation.
• Events serving alcohol are subject to an insurance fee and appropriate licence. 
• We must comply with fire codes -- staff will help with seating arrangements and setup plans in order to stay within these regulations.

Fees

• All fees are due 3 months in advance of the event.
• There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any event cancelled after 60 days prior to the event.

Wedding Fees (all fees shown include the HST)

• Saturday and Sunday weddings (1 hr rehearsal + 2.5 hr wedding time) - $460.00
• 1 hour Weddings (under 30 guests) - $135.00
• Saturday weddings and receptions (5pm - midnight) -  $840.00
• Monday to Friday weddings  (3.5 hrs) - $294.00
• Weekday weddings and small luncheon receptions for 40 guests (12 noon-5 pm) - $475.00

Wedding time frames are 9:30 am – noon, noon to 2:30, 2:30 to 5 pm, 5 to 7:30 for the months of September to June. Summer weddings (July and August) begin at 12:30-3,3-5:30, 5:30-8 pm.  Weddings start ½ hour into the time frame. This leaves time for the ceremony and photos in the church or in the park afterwards.
